The Reason Behind The Title Of This Blog
While listening to one of my faovrite bands Fall Out Boy.(you Prolly never knew dat). a Lyrics Goes "Dear Gravity, Youve held me down in this Starless City" That always stuck out to me. Becuase when i think of this city Providence and the way it effected my growth.There are to many negataives.idk im werid this makes no sense.maybe one person will get me.

Naaa it makes all the sense in the world . This place some ppl call home changed me in so many ways too. bad ways mostly. i dont even know how it happened. product of our enviorments i guess. dnt always gotta be that way. but it happens
ReplyDeletei really like your meaning behind the name of your spot. it does make lot of sense and gibran was completly right. living in this place has changed many people, but we dont have to be products of our environments. i know this may sound dumb, but 2pac said "just cus your from the ghetto doesnt mean you cant grow" and i believe him when he said this. i encourage all people in this city to think past the bums on broad street and the crazy ass people in KP and make something out of ourselves...gravity keeps us here, but lets defy it...lets defy gravity...
